The top panel of honeycomb blinds can be drawn down to let wind and sunlight into your room while the bottom panel of your window is covered.

 

Day & Night System:

This is a combination of a sheer and dim out honeycomb blinds. When drawn down, the top panel has a layer of sheer fabric to keep the glare out while still allowing some sunlight into your room.
